WSM Bristol was launched as a CST in 2006, however various team members were very active in aspects of sports ministry prior to this date. WSM Bristol started the popular and effective community coaching ministry which has grown to include members from WSM Bath as they reach into approx 40 schools and the greater community through mission based ‘Total Coaching’.

Get Sported Summer Camps in North & South Bristol
Summer is here and WSM Bristol are hosting 3 ‘Get Sported’ Camps for children aged 5 to 12 years old. WSM workers and volunteers from local churches are staging the camps that teach sport and other activities as well as develop character and minister through excellent curriculum’s in a fun and competitive format.
26th – 30th July – South Bristol
2nd – 6th August – North Bristol
16th – 20th August – South Bristol
WSM Bristol participated in reaching people through screening World Cup matches, building relationships and sharing testimonies during June and July 2010.
National Cricket Festival Outreach
The NCCF 2010 consisting of 8 teams gathered from across the country competed for the festival cup on Saturday June 5th and included ministry from Bristol leader Akeel Yousaf.
90 Children Impacted on Half Term Sports Camps!
WSM Bristol partnered with WSM Bath to stage 3 day Get Sported Camps for under 12’s in Bath and Frome. Over 90 children were blessed to receive great coaching and teaching. Joseph was profiled this camp through sports drills and life skills. The character qualities this time were perserverance, wisdom and leadership. Great seed was sown into these precious young lives.
